Stuck in a tunnel for 3.5 hours, a song breaks out. Why they where there

Going through the blog roll this morning, I stumbled upon a JoCo post about a song to be aired on Glee. It appears to be a shameless rip-off of Jonathan Coulton's arangement of Sir Mix-a-Lot's "Baby Got Back." In the line where Sir Mix-a-Lot sings "Mix-a-Lot's in trouble" JoCo sings "Johnny C' in trouble" -- so does the Glee cast. Is there anyone named Johnny C in Glee? I don't know anything about the legalities regarding covers and original arrangements, but it doesn't appear that JoCo is asking for royalties.
