I got started working out! I'm so happy! I love working out. It makes me feel good about myself. Keltic and I went to the YMCA today to get started on our 12 week program. First four weeks are on the stationary bikes, treadmill, and eliptical. It's pretty cool. I will have to bring my headphones from now on so I don't get too bored. Maybe some vapid magazines. Or make good use of it and read some books! Next four weeks will add some weight machines, so I'm looking forward to that...
I also started working out on my own. I had been doing bits before, but I've got a schedule on my closet door now. Stretches (goal: touch my toes), crunches (goal: be able to do Pilates), push ups (goal: be able to do 20 real push ups with out resting) more crunches, and yoga and meditative breathing to chill me out. For the last bit I sit in lotus and breath for about 10 minutes. Soo nice!
I always feel so much better about myself after I workout. I'm trying to get my diet a little healthier, but umm... not a ton of luck there. There is just too much yummy food in the world!
