Okay okay, so here's a minor update: well, my friends Kristie and Aug got married on Saturday. I'm still totally weirded out by this. Whatever, I'm sure they'll be happy and everything, but it's going to very weird to me for a long time. Plus, I'm not sure I totally like weddings. I mean, I love receptions, but I'm not so big on weddings. If I didn't think my sister would stow away in my luggage, I'd probably elope and then come back and have a huge party.

Also, my insurance is getting cut off on Dec 12, because they say I should've graduated by then. Psshhht. That's lame. So, sticking with Walgreens has turned out to be a great idea. When I get back to my home store (here, I'm a "borrowed employee") in Belmont, I'll apply for insurance, but I can't have dental until I've worked there for a year.

I'm switching doctors for a few reasons. 1) I never really liked my parent's doctors office and have been meaning to switch for quite a while. 2) I recently discovered that they are no longer in business. So, I HAVE to change. Good. I'm going to be going to Dr. Nelson, he's pretty excellent.

I also need to go to the dentist and get new glasses and contacts while I'm in town.

I went to a friend's house for a memorial day celebration. It was a bunch of family and friends. For a good part of it, me and two other women lay in lounge chairs, reading people, and talking about whatever. It was kinda nice. Then, for some reason, my tummy started hurting something fierce, so I thought that I'd feel better after I ate because I hadn't had much to eat, but no, my tummy still hurts. I took some Pepto and I hope I feel better tomorrow.

Well, I'm off to watch "Scrubs" reruns and eat pop-sicles. They always make me feel better. :-)

It sounds like a nice, relaxing weekend, other than the tummy ache.

You'll have to mention what's wierd about it when you get back from vacation.

Ooo... Mary. You need to post more! Some of us have full time work jobs that go right through summer. I'll die without my Lil Marykin daily fix.
