Azuki

Pistachio is one of my favorite ice cream flavors. Red bean is up there as well. I enjoy what my friend called "Dry Foods" ice cream. Almond and saffron ice cream, he said. Oh my. This I must try.

Anyway, I had a particularly difficult time trying to find Pistachio ice cream. But they were serving some home-made pistachio ice cream at the India festival -- pricey, but deliciously worth it. I'm going to try an Indian grocery store and see if they have some there. Boyfriend some of my ice cream. Not a fan. This is a good thing. MOAR FOR MEEEE.

I figure, if I'm going to spend money on ice cream, I'm going to go ahead and get these delicious flavors that are so hard to find. NOMNOMNOM

Anyway, I'm still sleepy.
