I've been working out this week, so sorry for not polyvoring. I went to Zumba and Body Pump BODYPUMP yesterday and BODYSTEP today, all three with my boss. I did so many fricking squats and lunges. Holding a weight bar and doing them during BODYPUMP. Not for the faint of heart. I don't think I'll do anything too strenuous tomorrow, but I'll probably take a 3-4 mile walk around Belmont. I like to walk around Belmont. Bring some hand weights with me if I'm feeling adventurous. Although, tomorrow morning at 9am, there is BODYVIVE at another Y, I might try that. It's low impact. One of the benefits of being a member of the Gaston YMCA is that I can take classes at any of the five Gaston Ys. I don't remember having this perk in Greenville without having a Metro membership.
