Oh god oh god oh god my thighs

I've been working out this week, so sorry for not polyvoring. I went to Zumba and Body Pump BODYPUMP yesterday and BODYSTEP today, all three with my boss. I did so many fricking squats and lunges. Holding a weight bar and doing them during BODYPUMP. Not for the faint of heart.

I don't think I'll do anything too strenuous tomorrow, but I'll probably take a 3-4 mile walk around Belmont. I like to walk around Belmont. Bring some hand weights with me if I'm feeling adventurous. Although, tomorrow morning at 9am, there is BODYVIVE at another Y, I might try that. It's low impact. One of the benefits of being a member of the Gaston YMCA is that I can take classes at any of the five Gaston Ys. I don't remember having this perk in Greenville without having a Metro membership.

This is the plan: walking on the weekends (because, honestly, I tried walking on Tues/Thurs morning, and I'd rather sleep). BODYPUMP & BODYCOMBAT on Tuesdays, Zumba on Wednesdays (maybe), Zumba and BODYPUMP on Thursdays, BODYSTEP on Fridays (maybe).

I really like the Les Mills classes (despite the over use of caps lock) because they all have upbeat music and are very energetic. Even when I feel like I'm dying and, honestly, I'd rather just curl up in a ball and sleep.

So now, because I deserve it, I'm going to sit down for a few hours and watch My So Called Life.

Yay for you! YOU are now motivating ME! I feel so lazy and haven't been to the gym in ages. We don't have pump, but we have Body Combat, which I love. :) And, no, I can't go to an other Y but my own.
