In their tongue, he is Dovahkiin -- DRAGONBORN

My first Christmas prezzie! Sam, our work study, got me a betta fishie and tank for Christmas. She thought it came with gravel and decorations, but the photo was misleading. I went to Wal-Mart last night and got the most technicolor tank decorations I could find.

The tank has a lid which I put on at night, but I like to leave it open in the day. More mimics his natural environment (there is no lid in meatspace).

When I first put him in the tank with the new decorations Dovah didn't quite know what to do with himself. He swam directly into the corner of the tank, tucked his fins in, and did not move. But after about an hour or so, he started exploring the tank, spread his fins out, and swam around and through the plant. He still hasn't gone into the little disco cave yet, but I'm glad he likes the plant. I have another one, but I'm not sure if it'll be too crowded. Next time I change his tank I'll add it and see what happens.

I think he likes it. I'm glad. Now I don't feel so alone in the office when I'm the only one here. Is that silly?
