I was pretty darn good yesterday. Since, like I said, I was setting a more attainable goal of 1488cal/day it was much easier. Actually, the goal is set by My Daily Plate. I enter how much I weight, what my activity level is, and how much I'd like to loose. So I set it at 1lb/week with a "lightly active" level, which is defined as "seated and standing activities, e.g. computer use." So, each time I adjust my weight, it adjust the calories I can have. So, when I weighed myself this morning, it was down a couple pounds! Wooo! That means I can have about 1,464 calories a day to lose one pound per week. Yesterday, I only had 1359 calories, which was almost 125 calories less than my limit. I think it's because I drank so much water. Anyway, hopefully you aren't getting sick of me talking about weight loss. In other news, Papa John's isn't hiring T_T I was going to apply to be a pizza delivery girl. 1200 calories/day has proved too challenging for me. I'm setting an easier goal: 1500/day. I've been eating about 1600-1900/day recently. I figure if I can get it down to 1500, that'll be pretty good. I just wanna loose a few pounds so I don't feel terrible about myself when I look in the mirror. It's getting better though. I've got two red-blooded male housemates who think I'm sexy. Doesn't mean they're gonna get any, but it's always helpful when someone thinks you're sexy. I was just so stinking used to being Skinny Minnie at 100-105 lbs. (The healthy BMI ranges for my height are 101-136lbs). That was a bit too skinny. I see these girls with tiny freaking arms and I think: I never wanna look like that. Well, that's good, because I don't think I could get there anyway. After I get a job, I'm also gonna get a membership to a gym. There is Curves really close to here. I wish I had a bike, too, so I could bike around. Hey! Maybe aft...

STUPID DELCIOUSNESS

So, I'm trying to loose some weight. Nothing major. I'm not even seeking to get down to my pre-antidepressant weight, (which was nearly underweight, actually). I'm just trying to get down out of the "overweight" BMI range, down to a healthy 21 or so. So, I'm tracking my calories at The Daily Plate , which is darned useful. Because I don't want to confess that I just scarfed down a pint of Ben and Jerry's. Sooo... I don't eat the ice cream. It's useful in that way. Also, I know how much I eat, so instead just eating whatever when I'm hungry, I try to eat more filling things. Below is a chart showing my calories for today. Holy Crap! 46% Came from that stupid DELICIOUS Totino's Pepperoni Pizza. Dangit. It was so delicious. T_T I am going to have to find something else just as delicious. Especially since eating stuff like this drives my sodium intake through the roof too. ~Click to enlarge~

HOLY CRAP IT'S BEEN 253813746 DAYS

My god, it's been forever hasn't it? It really has. And I'm sitting here now thinking that I should really do the dishes, but I guess I'll blog instead. ^_^ Last night we had dinner in the apartment for the first time. I made sauteed green beans, Parmesan chicken pasta (sounds fancy, but it was a Pasta Sides and I added chicken), and tossed salad. We had Pete over for dinner, too! He said "wow! These green beans are really good!" and it made me happy because I've never sauteed anything in my life. They were yummy, thank you. I'm not sure how we're going to be working out the whole food situation. With the money I have, I can't afford for everyone to be eating my food, but I've got the only food in the house right now. Boyfriend woke up this morning and asked what food there was. The only food that wasn't mine was some Ramen that my mother gave me that I've designated as Communal. He had a Cup of Noodles and is now eating barbecue ch...
