Day 05 - Favorite Fragrance.

Day 05 — Favorite Thing to Do
This is dumb. I'm going to change this to Favorite Fragrance, since that isn't on the list.
I have a few fragrances I wear regularly. I have opened up my three perfume bottles and placed them in these vintages style bottles. Beautiful, no?

Long-time Love: The first fragrance K-Swiss ever bought me was Vera Wang's Flower Princess. We spend maybe an hour or two pouring over all the fragrances at a couple department stores before settling on Vera Wang's Flower Princess. As the original favorite fragrance, Flower Princes has the honor of remaining in the vintage bottle with the atomizer.
A new spirit in fragrance is blossoming, Flower Princess by Vera Wang. Pretty and playful as the field of fresh flowers, it's an experience that radiates freshness, capturing the warmth of sunlit flowers in bloom. Flower Princess enchants with a light and feminine sparkling floral scent that captures the essence of beauty, inspired by the original Vera Wang Princess.

Top Notes: Green Ivy, Tangerine, Water, Lily
Middle Notes: Drenched Orange Flower Petals, Moroccan Rose, Jasmine Sambac, Mimosa Base Notes: Precious Woods, Apricot Skin, Amber, Musks

Current Fave: Calvin Klein Obsession. I think. See I thought it said Infinity. But now I can't find the appropriate bottle anywhere online so I'm not sure. Makes me wish I'd kept the bottles after I'd unbottled the fragrances.

I really love this scent. K-Swiss said it was a much more mature scent, and I was concerned he thought I smelled like an old lady, but he said no, I smelled like a woman. That was nice. I keep this fragrance in the brown bottle. I have become a huge fan of the glass wand applicator. It applies a perfect amount of fragrance to specific areas. It's nice.
feminine. passionate. powerful. the legendary original Calvin Klein fragrance. a lasting blend of florals and spices with an earthy, warm base that evokes sensuality, ardor, and passion beyond reason. the round sculptured lines and curves of the bottle designed by Pierre Dinand are a modern interpretation of indian prayer stones.

top notes: mandarin, bergamot, vanilla, green nuances
mid notes: jasmine, orange blossom, sandalwood, vetiver, exotic spices
base notes: amber, oakmoss, incense, musk

Honorable Mention: A trip to Perfumanina in search of DKNY Be Delicious for Men had me walking out with two frangrances! Silly BOGO1/2 sales. I couldn't help myself. I picked up Valentino's Rock 'n Rose. For a long time this was my current fave. I've just switched to the Calvin Klein scent
The dichotomy of modern girls into partly vivacious idealists and partly tough rockers didn’t escape Italian designer Valentino’s clever eye. In an effort to express this duality he presented them with a fresh yet edgy composition for every fashionista out there.

Top Note: Muguet, Blackcurrant, Bergamot, Crunch Green
Middle Note: Rose, Gardenia, Orange Blossom
Base Note: Sandalwood, Heliotrope, Orris, Vanilla
